Getting to Crookhorn Surgery

The surgery can be reached on foot or by push bike via Crookhorn Lane. From the roundabout at the junction of Stakes Road and Purbrook Way, walk south along Crookhorn Lane. The surgery is situated to your left as you walk south. If approaching from the south, walk northbound along Crookhorn Lane. The surgery will be to the right hand side approximately 5 minutes from Crookhorn Post Office. You can plan your cycle route using the www.cyclestreets.net website.
By Bus
The closest bus stop is situated on Crookhorn Lane approximatley 3 minutes walk to the surgery. Bus numbers 7, 20 and 30 all stop on Crookhorn Lane. To plan your journey by bus, please visit the First Group website.
By Car
If you are visiting by car, the surgery can be reached from Crookhorn lane by entering Zeus Lane and then immediatley turning left in to the surgery car park.

The surgery can be reached on foot or by bicycle. Please be aware there are no facilites for securing your bicycle should you wich to visit by bike. The entrance to the surgery can be reached by entering Wooferton Road from Allaway Avenue and then turning left on to Deerhurst Crescent. The surgery entrance is then situated to your left. The entrance to the surgery is situated on Tyseley Road which is situated on the northen side of Winston Churchill Avenue. Access to Tyseley Road is via Blackfriars Road and then Hyde Park Road. By Bus
The closest bus stop to the surgery is located on Winston Churchill Avenue at the junction with Somers Road. Bus numbers 1, 2, 2A and 25 stop here. From the bus stop walk northbound to Blackfirars road and then along Blackfriars Road until you reach Hyde Park Road on the left. By Car
From the large roundabout on Victoria Road North near the ASDA superstore, exit in the direction of ASDA and take the first left on to Carlisle Road. At the end of the road, turn left on to Somers Road. Travel along Somers Road until the junction of Blackfriars Road on the right. On Blackfriars road take the second left on to Hyde Park Road. The surgery is located on Tyseley Road which is the first left on Hyde Park Road.

The nearset bus stop is located on Fawcett Road next to the Co-Op convenience store. Bus number 18 stops here. The Co-Op store is situated on the corner of Heyward Road where the surgery is located. To plan you bus journey, please visit the First Group website.
By Car
From the north, head southbound along Fawcett Road. Heyward Road is on the left before the mini roundabount with Lawrence Road. From the south, head north along Lawrence Road and take the first exit from the mini roundabout on to Fawcett Road. Heyward Road is the first right hand turn next to the Co-Op store.
Parking
Street parking is available on Heyward Road and the surrounding streets. Portsmouth City Council operate free parking except between the hours of 5pm and 7pm.
