A group of six surgeries covering Portsmouth and the surrounding area.
We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking opening times to letting us know what you think of us.
Our dedicated team is here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
Partners in Care
Patients, once registered, work together with our healthcare professionals to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.
Patient Reference Group
Our Patient Reference Group is a joint venture between the practice and our patients, helping to make services more user-friendly and improve patient experience by working in partnership and identifying issues that are important to patients. The main role of the Reference Group is to give the practice feedback on any areas we are seeking to improve or alter to adapt to changes within the NHS or patient requirements. To get involved, or review previous reports on actions taken due to the reference group, please check the "Have your say" link at the top right of any page on our website.
It is our patients' responsibility to familiarise themselves with our Practice policies to understand both how we must interact with our patients and their health records, as well as how patients must act when in our surgeries or interacting with our staff. All of the relevant policies can be found on our Practice Policies page.
We all have the right to good health care, and your feedback is important in making sure we provide the best service we can. If you feel unhappy with your experience at one of our surgeries it is worthwhile to notify us of your concerns early on, as we may be able to rectify the issue quickly. We encourage you to provide feedback either in writing or via email at email@example.com. Please note that emails sent to this email address will not be seen by clinical staff.
